How to play B7

Numbers are fingers: 1 index to 4 little

  1. Your middle finger on the A string at the 2nd fret.
  2. Your index finger on the D string at the 1st fret.
  3. Your ring finger on the G string at the 2nd fret.
  4. Your little finger on the high E string at the 2nd fret.
  5. Let the B string ring open.
  6. Don't play the low E string: start your strum on the A string.

Play it as x 2 4 2 4 2, a barre at the 2nd fret. Switch the guitar's chord level from Standard to Up to hear it.

  1. Lay your index finger flat across the A to the high E string at the 2nd fret.
  2. Your ring finger on the D string at the 4th fret.
  3. Your little finger on the B string at the 4th fret.
  4. Don't play the low E string: start your strum on the A string.
